Effective date: 21 August 2025
These terms apply to services provided by MedRoute Consultant ("we", "us"). By purchasing a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide professional services to support applications for Australian hospital roles (e.g., CV/cover letters, LinkedIn optimisation, and application submission with recruiter follow‑ups). We are not a migration agent, recruitment agency, or legal service, and we do not provide legal or migration advice.
2. Eligibility & honest information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information. We do not fabricate credentials, employment history, or referees, and we will not apply to roles for which you are ineligible.
3. Consent to represent
We will only apply on your behalf or contact recruiters/employers after you provide written consent (email or signed form). You may revoke consent at any time by written notice.
4. Fees, payment and refunds
- All prices are in AUD and payable upfront via Stripe or another approved method.
- Fees are non‑refundable once work commences, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- If we do not meet a stated service milestone (e.g., Apply‑100 submissions within 100 business days), we may offer a service credit as described on the website.
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
5. No guarantees
We do not guarantee interviews, sponsorship or job offers. Our role is to improve application quality and outreach within agreed timeframes.
6. Client responsibilities
- Respond promptly to information requests to avoid delays.
- Review and approve documents in the revision window (usually 7 days).
- Provide truthful referee details and obtain their permission when required.
7. Intellectual property

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re‑supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the ACL.
